We had a good look at this amusing cat grafitto as we waited for TWO trains from TWO railroads to pass by on TWO separate sets of tracks neat the old Mahatma Rice elevator near downtown Houston.
The cat is located on the east side of the concrete foundation of the building at 2431 Summer, at the corner of Summer and Sawyer, near downtown.
