IHOP was the International house of Pancakes. It specializes in breakfasts, but also serves lunches and dinners. You might want to try the omelets. It is an international chain. The Vestal Store is on the busiest street in Vestal, the Vestal Parkway, not too far from the State University at Binghamton.
