I was on a hired motor scooter, and stopped here to fill up for my trip to Lopburi. Unlike some service stations, I had to go into the shop to pay for the fuel. [Some have an attendant sitting by the bowser specifically for motor cyclists, as they buy 'so little fuel' - under 100 Baht]
Best accessed when heading to Saraburi.
While I believe that this is open 24/7, it is 'pay at the counter'.
