Named after Queen Victoria, this is a popular pub and cafe bar that has benefited from having had the same landlady for more than 15 years (2015). The light and airy L-shaped bar has three distinct areas with dining down a short flight of steps. Bar meals are available during normal times with local produce a proud boast. Also, the focus here is very much on local beers with the guest beer often being offered at a competitive price. The monthly quiz is very popular.
