Bell to right (north) of the entrance to the Eureka County Courthouse in Eureka, Nevada. The two bells in front of the courthouse were rung as fire alarms by two of Eureka's several volunteer fire companies. This bell is cast with “BUCKEYE BELL FOUNDRY VANDUZEN & TIFF, CINCINNATI, OHIO” on it. The Buckeye Bell Foundry operated from 1837 to 1950 under a variety of ownerships. Vanduzen & Tiff operated the foundry from 1866 to 1891 (
