Lady of the Canyon - Relief Art Sculptures on Waymarking.com

Geocaching has taken me to some awesome and unique places. While driving along Box Canyon Road to find geocache The Face of Box Canyon (visit link) This awesome sandstone sculpture and garden is on the east side of Box Canyon Rd.

There is limited parking on the east side of the road, in a small lot just below the sculpture (be very cautious pulling out)as it is a blind corner coming up the hill.

There are some stones to step on at the base of carving.
almost like a foundation for the carving!

It appears it was created by an unknown artist. There is no plaque or carving in the stone that indicate a name or date of the carving.
