Building project in the Czech Neo-Renaissance style designed by architect Ignac Ullmann was built from 1866 to 1867 by builder Frantisek Havel. The massive two-storey building, a school palace, with a strong central buttress that is finished attic. The decoration on the building is done in graffiti sketch by artist J. Scheiwla. At the finish he participated J. V. Myslbek.

Projekt budovy v ceském novorenesancním slohu novorenesance vypracoval architekt Ignác Ullmann a areál vystavel v letech 1866 - 67 stavitel František Havel. Vznikla tak mohutná dvoupatrová budova, spíše školní palác, s výrazným stredovým rizalitem, který je ukoncen atikou. Výzdoba na budove je provedena ve sgrafitu podle nákresu malíre J. Scheiwla. Na provedení se podílel i J. V. Myslbek.
