As it's name implies the Town of Fountain Hills is built on a series of steep hills. The churches of the town tend to be atop the hills providing a natural opportunity for cell towers. This one is the flag pole next to the Christian Center. It is a thick white pole but the top third appears to be a mesh material rather than solid metal. The power equipment is located behind a wall at the base.
