This utility box is known as #994703, and is on Childe Street, the northern side of Byron Bay.
The art work is done very well, even if it is done 'from memory', and not of actual/real butterflies and bird. (The wanderer butterfly seems realistic, it is the Monarch - blue one, that is an unusual, and previously unseen specimen. As is the type of 'silver-eye' tree creeper bird)
No artist's signature seen, tho there was a lot of vegetation around the box.
