This is the Stoplerstein for Helene Kapp who lived here until 1928. This Stolperstein is located in front of a residental building in the 'Gablenberger Hauptstraße' in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

The only 6 year old girl has been deported to a so-called 'Heilanstalt' (hospital) in Stetten.
She has been murdered with an age of 12 on 18/9/1940 in Grafeneck as part of the so-called 'Aktion T4'. More details about 'Aktion T4' at wikipedia: (visit link)
