Saved of the ruin by passionate volunteers, the Pelard mill in Bois-de-Feugères, commune of Bouville, is visited on weekends and holidays.
Until 1941, four generations of millers succeeded each other. When Leopold Pelard, the last miller died, he left him to the commune. He stopped shooting in 1914.
At the time the association was established in 1976, the building was in ruins. Volunteers are starting to rebuild it.
In 1977, lightning fell on it.
After a lot of adventures, it was able to turn again from 1990.
Today, wholemeal flour is even ground.

Jusqu’en 1941, quatre générations de meuniers se succèdent. Lorsque Léopold Pelard, le dernier meunier décède, il le lègue à la commune. Il avait cessé de tourner en 1914.
Au moment où l’association se crée en 1976, l’édifice est en ruine. Les bénévoles commencent à le reconstruire.
En 1977, la foudre est tombée dessus.
Après pas mal de péripéties, il a pu tourner à nouveau à partir de 1990.
Aujourd’hui, de la farine complète y est même moulue.
