The light works, shines a yellow light, being so close to the interstate a white light was frowned on by MoDoT, glare in drivers eyes.

This was also a steak house and even Hazel Kinder's Lighthouse Theater. It was empty when I visited a month ago, but the web says Cherie's Cake Boutique has moved in.
