I believe this is a museum, but it wasn't open when I was there. I did not see any indication of a name on the statue.

The man is wearing overalls, boots and work gloves. He is standing behind a piece of equipment and looking up. He is not wearing safety glasses so I assume this a period piece from the 1920s oil boom era in Breckenridge.
