A 15th century baptism font, one of the finest in Suffolk, in St Gregory's church. An octagonal limestone font, with a plain stem, but the bowl is intricately carved with crocketed gables and tracery. It still retains its lead lining and traces of the locking mechanism for the font cover. The wooden cover is mosty original 15th century (top part) although the lower part was replaced in the 1930's using old oak from around the 15th - 16th century.
