This spinning wheel dates from well before 1910, because that is the cut-off year for the Dallas Heritage Village. Nothing that is of a newer vintage than 1910 is on display at the museum.
This large spinning wheel turned raw wool into "homespun" yarn, that could be made into cloth.
It is located inside the largest bedroom inside the Gano House at Dallas Heritage Village, where you can pet the sheep that provide the wool for the spinning displays the do here from time to time.
