[E] The Governors Logis constructed in the fifteenth century is built in the extension and on the Gallo-Roman ramparts of the fourth century (partly visible at its base). Three windows will be pierced for the needs of the guard room on the ground floor of the logis. The military Governors of Touraine occupying most probably the 1st floor.
The Eastern part of the building was amputated in 1800 during the construction of the street des Maures (the house on the other side of the street keeps track). In 1826 an extension was added to the West (very identifiable with its different windows).
[F] Le Logis des Gouverneurs construit au XVème siècle est bâti dans le prolongement et sur les remparts gallo-romains du IVème siècle (en partie visible à sa base). Trois fenêtres seront percées pour les besoins de la salle de garde du rez-de-chaussée du logis. Les gouverneurs militaires de Touraine occupant très probablement le 1er étage.
La partie Est du bâtiment a été amputée en 1800 lors du percement de la rue des Maures (la maison de l'autre côté de la rue en garde la trace). En 1826 une extension est ajoutée à l'Ouest (très identifiable à ses fenêtres différentes).
