There had been a supermarket built on the corner of Breese Parade and Lakes Way, before 'Stockland' corporation got involved in 2007, and designed and built the full mall that comes off of the above coordinates.
There are now quite a few 'Bulk Goods' stores (x 10), on top of the 70 specialty stores of Stockland Forster.
