We found Robert and Eliza on Ancestry living in adjacent Jeff Davis county in the 1900 US Census. He was working as a hotel keeper. He was born in Massachusetts, and Eliza was born in England. Eliza immigrated to the US in 1881. Their children were born in Montana (1884 and 1888) and in Minnesota (1892), so they got around the country!
In the 1910 US Census, they are in Marfa. He is working as a carpenter, and Elizabeth is working as a hotel keeper.
Robert died in 1913. In the 1920 US Census, Elizabeth is living in Marfa with her 2nd husband, F. M. Kennedy. He is a barber in a barbershop, and she is not working. In 1930 - -same. 1940 -- same, except Elizabeth is working as a housekeeper in a private home for wages. Elizabeth died on 21 February 1941 of Paralysis Agitans (Parkinson's Disease), which she had suffered from for 4 years.
