Further information

BBE noted 'Sesquialtera apparently only a 15th in 1974';
Tonally there is a virile diapason chorus based on a
broad toned 8'. Regrettably the mutations have been removed
from the sesquialtera. 8 & 4 flutes are gentle specimens of
classical character. The crowning glory is the Cornopean -
a free toned oldtime Trumpet.
The whole is enclosed in an effective swell box.
1879: Faculty to remove the organ from the extreme E end of the
S chancel, & to place it behind the choir;
