Built as a Baptist church in 1922, converted into law offices, then doctors offices. The doctors ofice has now closed, and law offices remain. Evidence of this being a Baptist church from the NRHP nomination form of the Department of the Interior.
Building has been altered and is NOT a contributing building in the historic district.
