In November 1995 citizen donated "Schweinebrunnen" was initiated on Ludwigsplatz in Niederkassel-Lülsdorf. The fountain reminds of the fact that this place was the pasture for pigs and other animals in past times.
The pigs were created by artist Bonifatius Stirnberg. They have movable limb mass and ears.
