The German wikipedia has a large article about Lummenfelsen Rock. In the English wikipedia the location is not mentioned specifically in it's article about Helgoland.

The nature protection area on Helgoland "Lummenfelsen" is the smallest in Germany but at the same time the one with the largest density of breeding birds. Here you can watch numerous of seabirds like: gannets, kittiwakes, fulmars alks and guillemots during sommer time.

The shape and the location of the rocks, with it's many shelfs makes it the perfect place for the birds for breeding.
