Though there are a dozen grave markers missing dates, the oldest recorded grave (in FindAGrave, link below) is from 1861 -- the day after the final firing on Fort Sumter at the beginning of the US Civil War. At the time of this waymark posting there were 157 graves and the latest was from a decade before. Still, it seems that this cemetery is still open for more burials.
Note: To get to this cemetery, you turn into a private driveway, but keep to the left and stay on the grassy lane that leads below the private property and continues on over to the cemetery. I would suggest that you do not visit the cemetery after dark out of respect for the nearby landowners.
