Grigson Hill lookout is 50 - 100m east of Indian Ocean Dr between Jurien and Green Head. The survey marker is a few metres from the Grigson Hill Cairn which was built at an elevation of 30m in 1875 as an aid in surveying the coast between Perth and Geraldton
