Die Villa wurde 1901 gebaut. Seit 1920 ist es im Familienbesitz. Die letzte Sanierung erfolgte 2010. Dafür gab es 2012 einen Preis für Denkmalmalpflege.
Das Haus steht in der Neue Straße 26, Borkum. Im Haus sind zwei Ferienwohnungen.

The villa was built in 1901. It is family property since 1920. The last renovation took place in 2010 and resulted into a price for care and preservation of ancient monuments. Today there a two holiday flats for rent inside the house.
