The restaurant is housed in a former gas station on the old Route 66. It opened its doors in 2006 and serves new takes on old classics.

The front of the menu tells about the history of the building, as well a Guy's visit. Food Network spent about 2 days filming; one day for footage and one day with Guy.

For lunch we had Green Chile & Smoked Gouda Tots, Panela Cheese & Crispy Cauliflower, and a chili and a wedge salad.
