Two paintings of Austin local scenes (the State Capitol and a bluebonnet) by ATD employee's kids decorate two sides of a painted utility box in northeast Austin. The box is located in Bartholomew Park at the northeast corner of E 51st Street & Berkman Drive.
ATD is the Austin Transportation Department, which spearheaded a cute project to decorate the boxes.
