The Town of Black Mountain, North Carolina is located in the Swannanoa Valley east of Asheville. A beautiful landscaped 1.2 acre town square was built in 2010 and is located at the corner of State Street and Montreat Road. The highlight of the square is the town clock and a landscaped water fall. The clock is standing adjacent to a brick walkway and features a roman numeral face on all four sides.
