The neon sign says "Home of the Oyster Nacho". "Home of the" is in green neon, "Oyster" is in purple neon, and "Nacho" is in yellow neon. The nachos are made with fried oysters, chipotle tartar sauce, and fresh pico de gallo. They tell you, "Love 'em, or we'll buy 'em.", and you better like pico de gallo, as there's a lot of it!

Fish City Grill began life in 1995 as "Shell’s Oyster Bar and Grill," but ultimately, they attracted the lawyers of a larger franchise, and a name change was required. "Rockfish Seafood Grill" replaced "Shell's," and it has grown into a large enterprise on its own.
However, as Rockfish grew, the neighborhood seafood joint atmosphere was becoming lost, and founder, Bill Bayne, headed off to go back to that concept. It became "Half Shell's), and when it was time to knock out all the legalese, "Fish City Grill" was born.
As of this posting, there are about twenty Fish City Grill/Half Shell's locations, mostly concentrated in Texas, with several locations out of state. They've got a nice menu that leans towards Cajun, but if that's not your thing, there are plenty of other options. They have a full bar here and some specialty cocktails too.
