This picturesque golf course lies just north of the tourist town of Pitlochry on high ground that offers spectacular views to the south over the town and down Strathtay. The course is not long but its uphill holes, especially the opening five, make it very demanding. From the highest point at the 6th tee the course then gradually winds downhill, finishing with the steeply downhill 18th with a stream fronting the green and the red roofed clubhouse at right. There are no par fives and only three short holes, the most famous being the 16th with its steep drop from tee to green. There is also a six hole Lettoch Links par three course and a driving range with 6 indoor and 5 outdoor bays.
