"Carolyn Pollard Noling, owner of Calico Cow Quilit Shop, grew up in Roswell, New Mexico, where her father owned and operated Pollard's Dairy, an established business in the area for many years.

Ten years ago Carolyn took a jacket class which peaked her interest in fabric and sewing. Since then she's become an accomplished quilter who has created wearable art, wall hangings, lots of quilts and many other craft projects.
Her love of cows and quilts inspired Carolyn to open the Calico Cow Quilt Shop in 2001. Still going strong in 2007, it's the place to be if you're into quilts.

Helping Carolyn in the shop are Dixie Lackey and Jan Hightower. Carolyn, Dixie and Jan provide a wealth of knowledge about sewing and quilting." (visit link)
