This is is a county park requiring an entrance fee but you can drive right up to it on a short dirt road. The neat veiws are of I-8 to the South and El Capitan Lake to the North and East. There is some poison oak in the area and of course the possibility of snakes. I found this on a geocaching trip and while looking for a puzzle cache.
