The faded name of the Pearlstone grain elevator still advertises the former owner of this long-abandoned grain elevator in the Deep Ellum area of Downtown Dallas.
According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District, in 2016 the Pearlstone Grain elevator building is worth $40, and the land is worth $39,000. (

The mill opened in 1918, and burned in 1921. It's been out of business since at least the 1940s.
