This waymarked Parker through truss bridge was built in 1934 to carry the US 80 transcontinental highway over the Brazos Rover near the Parker County town of Millsap.
When the US 80 designation was eliminated west of Dallas in 1991, the bridge shifted to becoming part of the frontage road network for the I-20.
