Sam's Town is a western-themed hotel and casino located in Las Vegas, NV, at the corner of Flamingo Road and the Boulder Highway. It is named after Sam Boyd, of Boyd Gaming fame. It was one of the first area-hotels to cater to the local area population.
Constructed in 1979, the hotel property has expended several times over the years to include a bingo parlor, poker room, RV park, and a large indoor greenery called Mystic Falls. This area puts on daily light and water shows at various times, and is free to watch.
The casino features over 1000 slot machines, video poker, a wide variety of table games including roulette and craps, and keno. it is a partner in the B Connected Players Club.
