Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present closing quarter corner bears N89.0°E from T14S R8E S13 C 1/4 COR, WAYPOINT WMTF8R, 2510' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe in a collar of stones; rising 3"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Did not find white fir bearing trees described by Richard Clark. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on a Carsonite post which bears W, 51" distant. There is an amended monument which bears E, 26" distant from the true corner.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property SW of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00011 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office and USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 14 South, Range 9 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 12, 1966
