Cannon - Carillon Park - Ticonderoga, NY - Static Artillery Displays on Waymarking.com

In Ticonderoga, within Carillon Park, is this cannon guarding the park.

The park is bounded on three sides by roads, at the intersection of New York Route 74 and Cossey Street. The cannon is located at a break in the stone wall. The cannon barrel is pointing toward the center of the park and rests in a red wood painted chassis that has four wheels.

I'm not sure what classification this cannon fits. It looks like the cannons found at the Fort Ticonderoga Museum, which has one of the largest collections of 18th century artillery in the western hemisphere.
