St. Casimir Church has been converted to Mercy House. St. Casimir Church was built for the Polish people of Endicott. This building was the second one, built in 1969, the first was built in 1931.

Lourdes Hospice, which already provides out-patient care to the terminally ill, will oversee medical care at Mercy House and receive Medicare reimbursement. Lourdes Hospice staff will also evaluate patients for admission."
