Termed a Height Modernization Survey Station, the antenna is white, round, with a rounded top, mounted at the top of the west wall of the fire hall a few feet south of the north end. The word Topcom is printed in three places around the perimeter and the antenna is mounted atop a white PVC pipe about 5 feet long.

The station is operated by the Washington State Reference Network.
