"345553 Private Arthur Bellamy of the 16th (Royal Devon and Royal North Devon Yeomanry) Battalion, the Devonshire regiment. Son of William and Sarah Jane (née Helson). Born in the September Quarter of 1895. Killed in action 2 September 1918 aged 23."
