From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 11.6 miles. Turn left onto FR2066, then bear left on FR2067 in about 0.2 miles and continue 5.6 miles. Turn left onto FR1028, continue about 220' and park. Walk generally NE on the Old Santiam Wagon Road for 0.2 miles then cross-country, E for 0.5 miles to the corner.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe; rising 4"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found three ponderosa pines, one a sawed stump, with a variety of the usual metal signs. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals on a Carsonite witness post which bears E, 35" from the corner.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property N of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00009 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office and USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 14 South, Range 8 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 5, 1966
