The GCA site: (visit link) gives the height as the grand elevation of 13 metres.
"This trig is on the grounds of the sewage treatment plant ..." Ah, so that is what the smell is.
For NSW this is a little unusual, with a yellow painted plastic post, and the semi-circular 'may' have been painted in the past, but now they just look like galvanised iron, with holes punched in them.
