Located on the South side of East Jefferson Street this building was built in 1897 by the Congregational Church. This largely intact Queen Anne inspired building was designed by La Crosse architects Stolze and Schick who also designed the Fortney Hotel in 1899. During its time the building was also the home of Believer's Fellowship Church. Today it's home to the Ark Center for Fine Arts.
