After multiple attempts to get this right, gramakitty, crazy4horses and simplenfun managed to team up and spot the International Space Station on the same pass rotation. While gramakitty (BA, OK) and crazy4horses (Plano, TX) do not meet the distance requirements, we found that by adding simplenfun (Farmers, KY) to the mix we each met the distance requirement with simplenfun in Farmers, KY. It was semi cloudy in Broken Arrow, Ok and ambient light from the city prevented the ISS from being as bright as I have seen it on earlier attempts and the constellations were not visible at all; however, the ISS began its pass over BA by traveling through Leo according to the Heavensabove web sight. My GPS is not working at this time so I was using a combination of my Iphone and Mini Ipad along with my computer to navigate, locate and capture images.
