This short paved path starts in the 200 block of East Oak Street in Sparta, Wisconsin. It runs along Beaver Creek which is a great trout stream and connects the path to Evans-Bosshard Park over two covered bridges. The first bridge is the Mary Morrow Covered Bridge dedicated in 2014 and the second is The Pointe which was built in 2012. Just past the two bridges is where Beaver Creek runs into the La Crosse River. Evans-Bosshard Park has a playground, a band shelter, and two picnic shelters for rent through the Sparta Parks and Recreation Department. The trail head itself is located next to a garden of wild flowers which is kept by the city. Street parking is available next to the trail head at not cost.
