This amazing disk was set in concrete in 1930 as a horizontal control disk. It is still very readable and well maintained. It is found West of Jazz Road In the first tree line South of the intersection with County Highway AA. The description of 64 feet west of the centerline of Jazz Road is quite accurate. There is a white metal witness post next to the disk which is barely visible from the road due to vegetation. There is parking on the side of the road but look out for construction vehicles as Jazz Road is a dead end to an active quarry. It's a short walk for the road to the disk.
