A statue of Mick the Cattle Dog who saved his master's life.
Waymark Code: WMTBC6

The plaque beside the statue explains that in 1901 injured stockman, Sid McCorry scratched a message for help into his matchbox, threaded it into his belt, strapped it to Mick's neck & sent him home for help, thus saving his life.
True to form Mick is coloured blue, has a belt around his neck & sits on a well worn mosaic depicting a horse & his master lying prostrate on the ground. Sid McCorry was a stockman for Juandah Station (a large farming property) who fell off his horse & if not for Mick would have died.
Breed: Blue Cattle Dog
