At the corner of Via Argentiere / Via Johann Wolfgang von Goethe is a building with an unusual weather banner. Above the gilded tip of the tower, the flag is the year 1993 and directly below it an object, which could remind of a dragon or angel. Unfortunately, there is no further information available.
