In Ticonderoga, along Montcalm Street, is the La Chute Plaza, which has a canoe planter in front of a small block of stores.
The planter is located on the south side of the road. it is across the street from a walkway to the La Chute River nearby.
The canoe is is in a larger planted area bounded by square logs, painted dark red. The canoe is painted white and bears black letters of "La Chute Plaza" nailed/screwed/riveted in place. Near the boat is the entrance of a video store.
