Found in the small village of Melvina, this disk was set by the Wisconsin DOT on Bridge B-41-213-96. This disk is found on the South side of Mascott Avenue. It is on top of the Southwest wing wall. There is a place to park on the South side of Mascott and West of the bridge. Walk to visit the disk.
